Privacy and cookies

In short
Vinilovibra is Luis's personal vinyl collection. There are no accounts, forms, ads or analytics tools, and this website sets no cookies of its own. The only things that come from elsewhere are the album covers and the Spotify player.
Who is responsible
Luis, the author of Vinilovibra. For any privacy question you can send a direct message to @vinilovibra on Instagram.
What data is handled
- When you visit: the site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), which, like any hosting provider, may log technical data (IP address, browser, date and page visited) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. It isn't used to identify you or combined with other data. Cloudflare handles this data under its privacy policy, with the safeguards required for transfers outside the EU.
- Covers: the album images load directly from Spotify's servers, which receive your IP address when showing them, as with any image hosted elsewhere.
- Nothing else: we don't ask for personal data or store preferences in your browser.
Cookies and the Spotify player
This website uses no cookies of its own. The Spotify player only loads when you press “Put it on”: until then nothing connects to Spotify to play music. Once you press it, Spotify may set its own cookies and handle data under its policies:
If you don't want them to load, simply don't press “Put it on”; you can still browse the whole collection. You can also delete or block Spotify's cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by sending a direct message to @vinilovibra on Instagram. If you believe they haven't been respected, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
